Refund and Delivery Policy

Australian orders for books take 14 days. Overseas orders for books take 28 days.

Please allow 14 days from time of order for receipt of your book within Australia. Books are sent by Australia Post.

Please allow 28 days from time of order for receipt of your book in overseas countries. Books are sent Australia Post, economy air.

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong book, tell us by email within 5 days. We will credit your card for the cost of the book plus postage, and debit your card when we send you the right book. We will advise you what to do with the wrong book.

Concerning the Databases

We will debit your credit card AU$99 and provide you with a password that gives you access for 1 year, for your use only.

People change jobs, relocate, publishers start up, shut down, and are taken over. Paper prices, print costs and production times vary.

We update this site regularly. We aim to be as current with all our information as we can be.
